No Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been sold and delivered.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear and continuous unboxing (opening) video may be required to claim a refund.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package from all sides before opening
  • The complete unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits
  • The damaged or defective product clearly visible

Refund requests without proper proof, including required images/videos, may not be accepted.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase only
  • No cash refunds will be provided

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Required proof (such as unboxing video or images) is missing, incomplete, edited, or unclear
  • The product is not damaged or defective
  • Damage caused after delivery due to customer usage, storage, or handling
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, finish, packaging, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen differences
  • Refund request raised after the allowed reporting timeframe

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) availability is subject to the payment options provided on the website during checkout.

If COD is available, customers must complete payment at the time of delivery.
